Thanksgiving Wrap-up

To start this Thanksgiving wrap-up we will give you a bonus picture of Loralye in her little purple tutu/ dress ensemble!! I didn't even dress her this day Jason did, round of applause for Jason.

Wednesday 8:39 pm Uncle Adam arrives

Thursday 11:00am Jason presents the turkey. And prepares it for the fryer.

Thursday 11: 01 am I dress Loralye in a complete turkey get up! Gobble Gobble girl. Her thighs are too cute to cover up, I don't care how cold it is outside.
Credits: Tanner and Staci headband, Onsie- Kandy Pouge

2:39 Turkey is done and the men are soaked. It poured down rain the entire morning.
( Wednesday- Saturday: Adam and Kevin only drink their beers in "CU" beer coozies that Kevin brought down)

Thursday 6:00 pm enjoyed a homemade Carmel Apple pie by me and Cheree- oh yeah it was as good as it looks.

Saturday 11:15am Hay ride out to find the perfect tree.

Saturday 11:17am Loralye looking as cute as ever

Saturday 11:30am KEVIN POPS THE QUESTION!!!!
Saturday 11:31am CHEREE SAYS YES!!!

Saturday 11:43 Lincoln is not amused by the engagement and is more worried about getting out of there to see the "big horse"

Saturday 11:52pm Uncle Adam saves the day and brings Lincoln to see the horse while we load up and pay

Saturday 12:06pm I insist on a family photo op. You can tell who did all the tree hunting, cutting, carrying and who... well didn't

-side note- Lincoln's favorite thing to do right now is hold Loralye's hand--melts my heart every time.
Saturday 1:40pm We stop to enjoy the moment, drink Champagne, and take some pretty pictures of Oregon on a clear day. This is Mt. Hood

Sunday 5:37pm The Broncos win and Tebow basks in the glory

Halloween and Loralye's Dedication

Carving Pumpkins.
I finally admitted to Jason that i don't like carving pumpkins. I don't like the mess. I am not patient enough to trace the image, and then cut it out. I feel as if I almost loose 3 fingers in the process.
I also told him that doesn't mean that I will stop organizing this family fun!!

Lincoln's Elmo pumpkin

Loralye as a Pumpkin

Daddy and his dog. Lincoln loved trick or treating. We told him that he had to keep his costume on if he wanted candy. The days following halloween he wanted to put his costume back on so he could eat his candy. We told him we would let him have candy without the costume.

Trick or Treat!!

Pumpkin listed by carvers from left to right.
Jason, Jason with Lincon, Jason with Holli. ( I guess I can see why he doesn't like carving all the pumpkins!)

Karen and Justin can out for Loralye's baby dedication

The pastor complimented Loralye on how well put together she was. Yes mission accomplished.

READ THIS LAST:
Our life feels like it moves in fast forward sometimes, but we are making the most of every adventure.
Thats all for now....we need to go carve some pumpkins, and get some sleep, and go to work, and go to school, and go to practicum, and pack lunches, and finish the dishes, and pump milk, and... well you get the idea!

Fall is here, and we are still smiling

We search for the perfect pumpkins
Lincoln would rather ride in the wagon
